12-bell eliminator at St Peter Mancroft, Norwich (25/03/06)

Saturday 25th March 2005 - twelve YMSCR members (plus 10-month-old Joshua) travelled to Norwich to ring in one of the eliminators for the National 12-bell Striking Competition. The fine bells of St Peter Mancroft are not the easiest to ring, and we were pleased that the judges awarded us second place (out of eight teams). This means that we go through to the final to be held at Worcester Cathedral on Saturday 24th June.

The test piece was 269 Stedman Cinques, and the band was as follows:
